Why Does My Account Require KYC Validation?
At SendGrant, your security is our priority. To safeguard your account and prevent unauthorized access, we require KYC (Know Your Customer) validation for accounts associated with free email domains. This process helps ensure that only legitimate users have full access to SendGrant’s features, including the ability to send payments.
Why Are Some Domains Restricted?
When you create a new SendGrant account or add a user, email addresses linked to free domains (like Gmail.com, Yahoo.com) are flagged for additional security measures. These domains are commonly used and can be more susceptible to misuse. By implementing this restriction, we help protect your organization from potential fraud and unauthorized activities.
What Happens Next?
1. Account Status: Pending (KYC)
Once you've registered with a restricted domain, your account will be marked with a "Pending (KYC)" status under your organization’s settings.
2. Limited Access to send payments:
You can continue with the sign-up process and explore SendGrant's features. However, until your organization completes the KYC process, you won’t be able to send payments.
3. Support Assistance:
Our Support team will contact you shortly to initiate the KYC verification. They will guide you through the necessary steps to validate your organization.
4. Full Access Upon Verification:
After completing the KYC process, the restrictions on your account will be lifted, and you’ll be able to send payments without any limitations.
If you have any questions or need immediate assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Support team.
